Hi, I’m Moaad, and my mission in life is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves and create a better world in the process. I know what it’s like to feel overlooked, to feel like you’re never quite enough, and to constantly push beyond limits just to get what you deserve. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to helping others who’ve felt the same. Through my MSF Program and guides, I combine my passion for fitness with my desire to uplift those who have struggled with self-worth and confidence.

I believe true transformation isn’t just physical—it’s about shifting your mindset, building sustainable habits, and creating a foundation that allows you to thrive. This program is more than a fitness plan; it’s a journey of empowerment, where you learn to take control of your health, your goals, and your life. I aim to be the guide and role model I wish I had when I was starting my journey, and I take serious pride in offering real value through personalized coaching, accountability, and unwavering support.

But my passion doesn’t stop there. Outside of fitness, I’m deeply committed to literally building a better world. I’ve pursued a career in construction, working as a civil engineer and soon-to-be Quantity Surveyor. The ability to create structures that shape communities is deeply fulfilling to me—it’s my way of leaving a lasting impact on the world around us. This is why I spend so much of my time studying and constantly learning, striving to become as competent and skilled as possible. Whether I’m transforming lives through fitness or constructing the physical world, my purpose remains the same: to provide real value and make meaningful change.
